Description

Enjoy a delicious Lemon Garlic Butter Turkey Breast made effortlessly in an Instant Pot.


Ingredients

  • 1 whole turkey breast
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 4 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 4 tbsp dairy butter
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum

Instructions

  1. Remove any gravy packet from the turkey breast.
  2. Gently spread 2 tablespoons of butter under the skin of the turkey; pour melted remaining butter over the top.
  3. Season the turkey with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  4. Place the trivet in your Instant Pot and add chicken stock.
  5. Securely close the lid and set to Manual mode for 45 minutes.
  6. Allow pressure to release naturally before carefully removing the turkey and letting it rest.
