- 1 whole turkey breast
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 4 tbsp butter (divided)
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 4 tbsp dairy butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
Instructions
- Remove any gravy packet from the turkey breast.
- Gently spread 2 tablespoons of butter under the skin of the turkey; pour melted remaining butter over the top.
- Season the turkey with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
- Place the trivet in your Instant Pot and add chicken stock.
- Securely close the lid and set to Manual mode for 45 minutes.
- Allow pressure to release naturally before carefully removing the turkey and letting it rest.
