- 2 tsp fish sauce
- Miracle noodles for serving

Instructions
- In a pot over medium heat, combine beef broth, water, onion, ginger, cinnamon stick, star anise, cloves, sugar-free honey, and fish sauce.
- Bring to a low boil; then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Strain the broth through a sieve back into the pot to remove solids and season with salt and pepper.
- Add sliced steak to the broth and simmer until cooked through.
- Just before serving, mix in miracle noodles.
- Serve hot topped with fresh bean sprouts, lime wedges, cilantro, and chopped green onions.
