  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 slices of deli chicken
  • 12 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half without separating them and place the bottom layer in the baking dish.
  3. Layer the deli chicken over the bottom rolls, followed by a slice of Swiss cheese on each piece of chicken.
  4. Place the top layer of rolls gently over the cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and poppy seeds (if using). Pour this glaze over the assembled sliders.
