- 3–4 cups cooked spaghetti squash
- 1 jar marinara sauce (approx. 16oz)
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1–2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, almond flour, egg, and seasonings until combined.
- Form into approximately 20 meatballs and place them in a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper; cover with marinara sauce.
