  • 2 cups chicken broth (warmed)
  • 1 cup fresh shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/2 cup dry white grape juice
  • 1 medium shallot (minced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  5. In the last five minutes, stir in shrimp and Parmesan cheese until shrimp are cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
