  • 1½ cups orzo
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 shallot or ½ small sweet onion (diced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)

Instructions
