- 1½ cups orzo
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 shallot or ½ small sweet onion (diced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan
- 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
Instructions
