  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 celery stalks (diced)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh jalapeno
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breast using your preferred method (baked, boiled, or grilled). Shred and chop into small pieces.
  2. Dice celery, slice green onions, and chop jalapenos.
