  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup malted milk powder
  • 2 cups chocolate peanut butter-filled pretzels, roughly chopped
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons peanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a mixer, cream softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Stir in malted milk powder until fully incorporated.
  6. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture without overmixing.
  7. Fold in chopped pretzels and half of the chocolate chips.
  8. Chill dough for 30 minutes before scooping onto prepared sheets.
